Birth story alchemy offers you the space to integrate your birth experience, however it unfolded. It is also a space to honour your birth experience as a right of passage.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs. Some of the approaches that I use include:

3-step rewind

The aim is to help you remember without reliving, so that you can recall your birth experience without triggering your nervous system to respond as though it is under immediate threat.

There is space for you to share your story with me if you wish, but it is not necessary if you would prefer not to.

Birth field realignment

Some things need to be experienced to be understood, and my own experience of this work and the impact that it had on the connection between my son and I, felt nothing short of miraculous.

Sometimes, when a birth experiene feels distressing, rushed, unsupported, or incomplete, the subtle field of connection and initiation around that event can feel disrupted or unsettled for both yourself and your child.

Birth Field Realignment, as taught  by Tami Lynn Kent, MSPT, offers a safe, gentle space to tend to that rupture in a way that honours your story. It draws on embodied practices including the breath and visualisation to help you reconnect with your birth experience in a way that feels stabilising and integrative.

Some women describe this as helping the experience feel more complete or “settled” in their body and mind. Others notice a deeper sense of acceptance, ease, or coherence when they bring mindful awareness to the energetic aspects of their birth experience.

Most women work with me for 2-4 sessions, although this can vary.

Sessions are priced at £95.

I am based in South East London. All appointments are currently held virtually.

I offer a full refund on any cancellations that are made, prior to 48 hours before your appointment time. Refunds will not be given on cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
