Booking & Cancellation

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. We ask for payment in advance to confirm your booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Booking changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

Right to Decline Clients

Birth Story Alchemy reserves the right to decline any booking request or to discontinue working with a client at any point, at our sole discretion.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

When you book with Birth Story Alchemy, you are required to complete a health intake form. You are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate health information, including any injuries, illnesses, medications, or conditions that may affect your treatment

  • Disclosing any contraindications (reasons massage or bodywork may be unsafe for you)

  • Informing us of any changes to your health between booking and your appointment

  • Following any advice or modifications recommended during treatment

Massage and bodywork are not medical treatments and should not replace medical advice or care. If you have a serious health concern, please consult your GP before booking.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All information you share with Birth Story Alchemy is treated in strict confidence in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy

We do not share your personal information or details about your sessions with third parties, except where required by law (e.g. safeguarding concerns) or where you have given explicit written consent.
